Tidemark is the proud developer of the brand new global headquarters for Northeast Credit Union at 100 Education Way in Dover, NH. The building, which was purchased by Tidemark in 2021 and was formerly occupied by Cognia, is undergoing a complete exterior and interior renovation. Once complete, the new headquarters will offer state-of-the-art facilities and amenities throughout the 4-story building, including employee training rooms, a cafeteria, fitness center, outdoor spaces, car charging stations, a brand new central atrium with a grand staircase, and nearby walking and biking trails. We are thrilled to welcome Northeast Credit Union to this beautiful Campus in Dover. Tidemark’s Community Minded Purposed Built mission aligns with Northeast Credit Union’s commitment to help communities thrive through the elimination of food insecurity, access to affordable housing, and support of education.
