Liberty Lane Overlay District Approval Will Allow for Expanded Uses on Historic Site

On March 14, voters approved the proposed Liberty Lane Overlay District in Hampton, NH. The zoning change will expand the allowed uses on this beautiful, historic site to include residential and retail in addition to commercial and industrial.

We are thrilled with this outcome and excited to explore the highest and best use for this site and community.
