We pride ourselves on our ability to develop meaningful, purposeful projects from start to finish - from site identification and acquisition, permitting and entitlement, financing and capital markets, design and architecture, construction management, lease negotiation, property and asset management, and everything in between.
What We Do
Our story began more than 40 years ago when Mark Stebbins partnered with Mark Schleicher to embark on a commercial real estate development journey.
As the current generation, we are proud to carry the torch and grow our business, striving to meet the ever-changing needs of today’s consumers and tenants, and building thoughtful, purposeful communities that enrich the lives of their members.
